Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we use 240GSM heavyweight cotton and DTF printing for durability, garment lifespan depends on care and usage. Our products are guaranteed to meet the description provided on the website. Any implied warranties are limited to the warranty period stated in Section 4.4.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DRPHAUS and Badolla Enterprises from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products or website, or your violation of any applicable Indian law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:

  2. Consumer Forum: As a consumer, you may approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State/District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  3. Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
