Yes. We ship worldwide at a flat rate of ₹999 for international orders. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Domestic shipping within India is free on orders over ₹999.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Email us at hello@drphaus.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Yes — size exchanges are free within 30 days. Contact us with your order number and desired size, and we'll arrange the swap. If the size you want is out of stock, we'll process a full refund instead.

We're sorry about that. Email photos of the damage to hello@drphaus.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Our tees are designed for a regular fit — not too slim, not too boxy. If you prefer a relaxed, oversized look, we recommend sizing up. The 240GSM fabric has minimal shrinkage thanks to pre-shrunk treatment.

GSM stands for grams per square meter — the standard measure of fabric weight. 240GSM is considered heavyweight, roughly 30% heavier than a typical t-shirt (180GSM). It gives the tee a substantial drape, durability, and structure that lighter tees lack.

Our 240GSM fabric is made from combed ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk and garment-dyed for a soft hand feel that ages beautifully.

Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints are cured at high temperature to create a molecular bond with the fabric. They're rated for 30+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading when cared for properly. DTF offers superior color vibrancy and fine-detail reproduction compared to traditional screen printing — ideal for our typography-first designs.

To maximize the life of your tee and print:

• Turn inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the print
