We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. DRPHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All orders of ₹999 or more ship free of charge within India. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied but before applicable taxes.

We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within India. The cost of the return label is covered by us for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, ₹49 will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items and limited drops are final sale unless defective.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
